♥ Holiday yg Panjang

Hello everyone.

i had gained a lotttt of kilos during this holidays. mcm mana ni?? tried cycling tp mcm tak berkesan je. a friend of mine said i had two packs. (lower and upper pack) which is such an embarrassment that he saw it. any tips on how to shape up the tummy? i always have this backpain after doing sit ups. sakit wo. oleh itu, saye tidak gemar sit ups.

need major help right now. please bg tips.
